The world's first calculator
The world's first mechanical calculator, performing basic mathematical operations like arithmetic, beat, multiplication, and division, was created in 1623 by a G noerman professor, Wilhelm Shekhard Wilhelm Schickard.
It was named after the calculating clock. One of the main purposes of this calculator was to create solvency in the calculation operations in the field of astronomy.
