Why does water feel cold in summer and hot in winter?

 In fact, the temperature of the underground water is 15-20 degrees Celsius, while the temperature of the upper part of the earth changes in winter and temperature.

 In summer, the temperature is about 35-50 degrees Celsius, so when the water is taken out of the ground, its temperature is 15-20 degrees. That's why we feel that water.

 This is quite the opposite in winter, meaning that the temperature of the inner part of the earth decreases in winter, from 0-10 degrees.  That is why we feel warm inside ourselves when taken out of the ground
